Are you wondering if Mr. Rooter Plumbing is a reputable company and charges fair prices? We now wish we knew the answer to those questions before they were hired. Our experience leads us to believe they have no mercy with poor workmanship, the stories they tell to justify their prices and then legal action to collect the full amount. Mr. Rooter Plumbing charged Runiaway Bay Condominium Association $7817.81 to replace 25 feet of 1" pipe that we got a quote for less than 1/4 the price. Moreover the whole pipe (behind the wall) needs to be ripped out again and replaced because it is smaller than the original one and the condensation leaking from it, is causing damage to the wall. In my opinion, I believe it would be HARD to find a worse plumber than Mr. Rooter Plumbing a.k.a VKR Enterprises. There are plenty of other plumbing companies around and many will be happy to give you a second opinion.

 

Please tell us if you also had a bad experience with Mr. Rooter Plumbing a.k.a VKR Enterprises (Mr. Vinay Rajput). Maybe we can join forces with the lawsuit. We are scheduled to be in court about this on Jan. 13, 2010 and again in Feb. 2010 or Mar. 2010. Thank you!

 

Mr. Rooter Corporate headquarters was called to ask for their help in resolving this problem. It was quickly discovered that Mr Rooter Corporate in Texas would not tell us that they would make even the smallest effort to help us, not even a phone call to learn the other side of the story. That makes one wonder if the whole corporation's strategy is setup as a buddy system to maximize profits without regard for customer satisfaction.

 

Do the positive reviews on the internet about Mr. Rooter seem normal or more like sales pitches by their own sales department? They certainly are no reflection on our experiences with Mr Rooter Plumbing. Some scam outfits have their sales department fill the internet with their biased ratings so as to bury the critical comments further down the list of search results.

A plumbing inspector said the pipe was not insulated properly and they used an improper dielectric fitting on the pipe installed by VKR Enterprises (Mr. Vinay Rajput) d.b.a. Mr. Rooter Plumbing.
